This is the Christ or Holy Matrimony Ring designed to help you both find Christ in your life
and to help keep your marriage together by being a reminder of what Christ is and how He is an important part of your marriage.
The ring is made of two parts. The solid bar was designed to represent Christ in His walk on
the earth and to represent a man. The bar is solid across the top as was Christ in His walk on the Earth, but the back is
notched which shows that even though Christ was perfect, there was still something missing in Christ's life. The notch also
represents that missing part of a man before he is joined with a woman in marriage.
The front notched bar with the raised arms repersents the Church reaching to join with Christ
as His bride to become one with their savior, and also for the arms of a woman reaching for Her man to become one in Holy
Matrimony..
The notch is the binding junction and represents the LOVE of Christ for His church and the LOVE
of a man and woman for each other without which no marriage can hold together.
If the two parts are let fall, you can see that the marriage will not hold together.
The hope of the designer of this piece of jewelry is that as you wear it, you will be constantly
reminded that Christ is always working through you and that you must work to keep that bond of LOVE between you and your spouse
